    JSClassFinder: A Tool to Detect Class-like Structures in JavaScript

    With the increasing usage of JavaScript in web applications, there is a great demand to write JavaScript code that is reliable and maintainable. To achieve these goals, classes can be emulated in the current JavaScript standard version. In this paper, we propose a reengineering tool to identify such class-like structures and to create an object-oriented model based on JavaScript source code. The tool has a parser that loads the AST (Abstract Syntax Tree) of a JavaScript application to model its structure. It is also integrated with the Moose platform to provide powerful visualization, e.g., UML diagram and Distribution Maps, and well-known metric values for software analysis.     Desempenho fisiológico e composição química de sementes de soja cultivadas em distintos arranjos espaciais

    Poucos estudos apresentam interações entre a fisiologia das plantas e sua posterior composição química, quando cultivadas em diferentes arranjos. Esta pesquisa buscou compreender a relação entre o espaço de cultivo da soja e sua influência sobre a qualidade da semente. Foram estudadas duas cultivares de soja (Tec 7849 Ipro e Monsoy 6972 Ipro) em quatro arranjos espaciais distintos (50,0 x 7,1; 40,0 x 8,9; 30,0 x 11,9 e 18,9 x 18,9 ou 16,2 x 16,2 cm, respectivamente). Durante os estádios fenológicos V4 e R2, foram analisadas trocas gasosas e na colheita, foram constituídos 2 grupos, um de sementes frescas e outro de sementes envelhecidas, para ambos os grupos se analisaram: teste de germinação, vigor, índice de velocidade de germinação, massa fresca das plantas, além de determinar os constituintes químicos das sementes. Para o ensaio conduzido nas análises fisiológicas das plantas, adotou-se o esquema fatorial 2x2x4 (dois períodos de avaliação x duas cultivares x quatro arranjos espaciais), e para o ensaio de qualidade das sementes e composição química, adotou-se o esquema fatorial 2x4 (duas cultivares x quatro arranjos espaciais). O estágio vegetativo foi crucial para a melhor eficiência de trocas gasosas, e o arranjo espacial influenciou positivamente a qualidade química e fisiologia das sementes colhidas, onde, o arranjo espacial com melhor ajuste foi 40,0 x 8,9cm, para Tec 7849 Ipro, e 50,0 x 5,3 cm para Monsoy 6972 Ipro. Ajustes nos arranjos espaciais podem representa respostas benéficas na produção de sementes de melhor qualidade.Few studies present interactions among plant physiological and seed chemical composition of soybean cultivates under different arrangements. Therefore, this study seeks to understand this relationship between space occupation and product quality. We grew two soybean cultivars (Tec 7849 Ipro and Monsoy 6972 Ipro) in four different spatial arrangements (50.0 x 7.1; 40.0 x 8.9; 30.0 x 11.9 and 18.9 x 18.9 or 16.2 x 16.2 cm, respectively). During V4 and R2 phenological stages, we analyzed the gas exchange, and at the harvest were composed two different lots: freshly harvested seeds and the seeds subjected to accelerated aging; in both lots, we evaluated germination test, vigor, germination speed index, seedling fresh mass, and the determination of the chemical composition of the seeds. For experiment conducted to analyze physiological parameters we adopted the factorial scheme 2x2x4 (two evaluation periods x two soybean cultivars x four spatial arrangements), and for seed quality and chemical composition, we adopted the factorial scheme 2x4 (two soybean cultivars x four spatial crop arrangements). The vegetative stage was crucial for better gas exchange efficiency, and the spatial arrangements positively influenced the physiological and chemical quality of the seeds for soybean crop, where the fitted arrangement was observed in 40.0 cm between rows and 8.9 cm between plants for the cultivar Tec 7849 Ipro and 50.0 cm between rows and 5.3 cm between plants, for Monsoy 6972 Ipro.     Does JavaScript software embrace classes?

    International audienceJavaScript is the de facto programming language for the Web. It is used to implement mail clients, office applications, or IDEs, that can weight hundreds of thousands of lines of code. The language itself is prototype based, but to master the complexity of their application, practitioners commonly rely on some informal class abstractions. This practice has never been the target of empirical investigations in JavaScript. Yet, understanding it would be key to adequately tune programming environments and structure libraries such as they are accessible to programmers. In this paper we report a large and in-depth study to understand how class emulation is employed in JavaScript applications. We propose a strategy to statically detect class-based abstractions in the source code of JavaScript systems. We used this strategy in a dataset of 50 popular JavaScript applications available from GitHub. We found systems structured around hundreds of classes, suggesting that JavaScript developers are standing on traditional class-based abstractions to tackle the growing complexity of their systems

    O presente artigo discute questões relativas à acessibilidade e mobilidade urbana em espaços públicos - praças - de três cidades do Triângulo Mineiro, Minas Gerais, Brasil. O objetivo do trabalho é analisar a situação desses espaços, quanto aos itens de acessibilidade e mobilidade urbana conforme a fundamentação, legislação e normas vigentes. Realizou-se a coleta de dados com o inventário dos itens em cada local, a avaliação do atendimento e análise comparativa. Os resultados apresentaram inadequações para a acessibilidade de pessoas com mobilidade reduzida e para o cidadão sem deficiência, bem como algumas carências na mobilidade, em especial no que se refere aos transportes não motorizados. Demonstram também, a necessidade e importância em promover adequações nas estruturas desses locais e uma política urbana efetiva, que promova a inclusão social nesses espaços, criando as condições de acessibilidade e mobilidade para todos os cidadãos

    Resistência de genótipos de algodoeiro a Sclerotinia sclerotiorum pelos métodos straw test e imersão em ácido oxálico

    The objective of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of the straw and oxalic acid tests to identify resistance levels of white and colored cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) genotypes to white mold (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum). Ten genotypes were evaluated: five with colored fiber, four with white fiber, and a white-fiber susceptible genotype. The genotypes MAB-1 with white fiber and MAC-2 with colored fiber were the most resistant to white mold, according to the immersion in oxalic acid and straw tests, respectively. These genotypes can be recommended as resistance sources for breeding programs. Both assessed tests are complementary to each other; however, the straw test is more efficient in evaluating the resistance of cotton genotypes to white mold.O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a eficácia dos métodos “straw test” e imersão em ácido oxálico na identificação dos níveis de resistência do algodoeiro (Gossypium hirsutum) branco e colorido ao mofo-branco (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum). Foram avaliados dez genótipos: cinco de fibra colorida, quatro de fibra branca e um genótipo suscetível de fibra branca. Os genótipos MAB-1 de fibra branca e MAC-2 de fibra colorida foram os mais resistentes ao mofo-branco de acordo com os métodos imersão em ácido oxálico e straw test, respectivamente. Esses genótipos podem ser indicados como fontes de resistência para programas de melhoramento. Ambos os métodos analisados são complementares entre si; no entanto, o straw test é mais eficiente na avaliação da resistência dos genótipos de algodão ao mofo-branco

    Billroth I Technique Application After Resection of Gastric Leiomyoma in a Dog

    Background: Gastric neoplasia is rare, corresponding to less than 1% of cases, with a lower prevalence of those involving smooth muscle tissues. In these cases, clinical signs worsen in the occurrence of pyloric obstruction, leading to clinical manifestations such as chronic emesis. The exeresis of the neoplasm is promoted as a therapeutic measure to reestablish gastrointestinal flow. There partial gastrectomy followed by gastroduodenal anastomosis, using the Billroth I technique, is among the available surgical techniques. The therapeutic success of the Billroth I technique after pylorectomy was reported in a dog with gastric leiomyoma.Case: Canine, poodle, 9 years old, 9.5 kg, with a history of chronic vomiting starting three months ago, progressive weight loss, and melena, previously treated by another Veterinarian as idiopathic gastroenteritis. The physical evaluation of the animal showed a state of normal consciousness, body score 4/9, pale ocular and oral mucous membranes, respiratory rate 20 mpm, heart rate 166 bpm, a rectal temperature of 37.9 °C, and dehydration degree of 8.0%. Blood count showed normocytic normochromic anemia and leukocytosis with shift to the right. Radiographic and endoscopic examinations were not noteworthy. Endoscopic biopsy after a histopathological evaluation showed no cellular or tissue atypia. On the other hand, abdominal ultrasound assessment revealed thickening with loss of echotexture and definition of the muscular layer of the gastric wall, pyloric and duodenum region compatible with benign antral muscle hypertrophy and/or pyloric neoplasia. The animal worsened five days after the initial treatment, with progressive episodes of emesis and melena, opting for an exploratory laparotomy. A mass of firm consistency measuring approximately 2.5 × 6.0 cm in diameter was found in the pyloric region, opting for a pylorectomy. The excised fragment was sent for histopathological examination. Then, gastroduodenal anastomosis was performed using the Billroth I technique. After the surgery, a pasty diet was introduced orally, without using gastroenteric tubes. Dry food was offered ten days after the surgical procedure. The animal returned for clinical reevaluation on the fifteenth day and was clinically well. Histopathological examination revealed a diagnosis of gastric leiomyoma.Discussion: The casuistry of gastric neoplasia in dogs has a low incidence, with an occurrence of less than 1%, with adenocarcinoma being the most common type. However, there are less frequent reports of other gastric neoplasia, such as smooth muscle tumors. Abdominal ultrasonography is indicated for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal changes, proof of which ultrasonography was of paramount importance in this case. The surgical procedure of pylorectomy guaranteed a margin of one centimeter, meeting the principles of oncological surgery. Absorbable monofilament suture materials are the choice for the synthesis stage in hollow organs, being used in this case. The most-reported expected complications of gastrointestinal surgeries aiming at removing neoplasms are vomiting, anorexia, melena, hematochezia, hematemesis, necrosis with anastomotic ulceration, and, consequently, septic peritonitis, which were not reported in this case. The life expectancy of patients with gastric neoplasia is quite variable, with longer survival in cases of benign neoplasia. Therefore, the type of neoplasia in this case, together with the appropriate choice of therapy and the appropriate performance of the technique, was important for the good result achieved

    RESUMEN La presente tesis tiene como objetivo ayudar en el uso seguro de los explosivos en situaciones en las que puede existir un peligro específico adicional debido a la posible reacción no deseada entre un explosivo y la roca que se desea fragmentar. Bajo ciertas situaciones las reacciones no deseadas puedan dar lugar a detonaciones prematuras con resultados fatales, estas reacciones pueden ser por la química de la roca, la temperatura o combinación de ambos. Asimismo, describir sus características de la tecnología Inhibida y determinar que las voladuras realizadas con emulsión inhibida nos den resultados satisfactorios, una buena velocidad de detonación, buena fragmentación y la eliminación de gases nitrosos. La investigación desarrollada es experimental aplicada de tipo correlacional con diseño transversal. En nuestra hipótesis nuestra variable independiente es Influencia de la Emulsión Inhibida y la dependiente es Reactividad en Terrenos Sulfurosos, aplicando la Emulsión Inhibida en una malla mayor a los 150 taladros se presentaron gases nitrosos en 1% de color anaranjado. Con la Emulsión Inhibida realizamos una mezcla explosiva 80/20 es decir 80% de emulsión y 20% de nitrato de amonio la longitud de carga es de 6m obteniendo un factor de potencia de 1332 y su factor de carga es de 0.236 esto es en una malla con un burden de 8m por un espaciamiento de 9m con una altura de banco de 10m, con una densidad de roca de 1.85.
